Lead and manage a cross-functional team focused on the development and enhancement of MPT4U. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the MPT4U with a focus on specific functionalities. Drive initiatives to improve the user experience within the product, ensuring ease of use and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholderss to integrate services seamlessly. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of MPT4U. Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the product.
To implement the security monitoring for JO business servers To manage security monitoring for smooth operation and To investigate alerts for no service outage. To do risk assessment and security survey for business systems that are opened To internet To create lab environment for further analysis and security awareness. To implement network infrastructure and summarized network for IT network systems and To mitigate risks for all systems. To supervise web application testing service on demand , API Abuse checking and analysis security feature.
To analyze fixed traffic (E.g., FTTH, B2B, PSTN) and TT (Trouble Ticket) trend to improve service quality. To enhance the analysis (Find out relationship between Fixed traffic and other data) to get the best results. To do the analysis for improving the service quality of existing networks. To follow up the TT information and discuss with related stakeholders. To make traffic and TT analysis report timely. To present traffic and TT analysis report to DGMs, Directors & CTOs accurately. To visualize and disclose traffic data to related departments to accomplish the solution of customer feedback. To learn, introduce and maintain automation (E.g., RPA, Excel VBA, python).
To keep system monitoring such as IT Business system in 24*7 base to detect the stability of the systems in real time by using multiple monitoring tools To prepare and deliver the respective system data reports(8Hourly ,Daily and Weekly) in time to check and analyze KPI results for related vendors and teams To handle the upcoming new system to assist related team's request To update the alarm summarize and daily alarm lists and vendor information to get the latest information about the alarms To communicate and collaborate with the related vendor and team members to resolve the system error issues in time To create the ITSM ticket for any impact alarm to record problem history and to assign the related vendor
Develop and implement policies and procedures that reduce the overall credit risk exposures for MPT. Help to prepare various credit reports for presentation to Senior Management Ensure that all internal Credit Policies and Guidelines are adhered to Perform proactive monitoring of MPT's credit exposures at the customer level Review credit assessments and grading performed by junior members of the Credit Risk Management team to ensure sound credit judgement and decision making Conduct training and awareness on Credit Risk Management to ensure MPT-JO members are educated on Credit Risk Management Policies and Guidelines To conduct Vendor and Partner Due Diligence to ensure that only vendors/partners with strong financial credibility and track records. To conduct periodic Vendor Evaluation and update of vital Vendor/Partner information.

> Market analysis : Market understanding (customer needs, competitive trends, opportunity discovery, etc.) : Discover own pain points > Measure goal setting and eveluation : Appropriate goal setting and evaluation of strategies and measures. : Report the above with appropriate timing and materials. (including presentation to superiors) > Discovering problems and proposing improvement plans : Based on the reported content, point out problems/challenging , propose improvement plans, coordinate with other departments as necessary, and implement them. > Data management : Gather data such as business results, digital indicators (KPIs such as Ads effects, SNS, webpage, etc.), market research results, etc., and manage them appropriately. : If nessesary, conducting survey with corraboration with Market reserch team. > Managing budget : Supporting effective allocation of marketing budgets through data analysis. : Budget management, execution plan management
