Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for running Designs from Conceptual Designs, Space Planning, Renderings to Detailed Drawings.
  • Proficiency in production of exceptional interior works.
  • Good knowledge of various architecture design approaches.
  • Will be able to lead and coordinate Junior Architects with their respective Projects.
  • Ability to reformat and restructure the architect department to streamline the design production.
  • Project Coordination with respective engineers, respective labor heads and  respective departments.
  • Scheduling of Quality Review sessions at different project milestones.
  • Production of shop drawings if needs arise.
  • Coordination with the Purchasing Team to source viable materials before the production of design concepts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion and limited knowledge of Revit.
  • High experience in development of Hospitality Interior Designs.
  • Limited knowledge of Building facade and Factory Design Concepts.
  • Experience with project management and budgeting
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Experience in construction documentation and detailing
