Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and oversee a recruitment process.
  • Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
  • Oversee all labour engagement for the company and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
  • Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws.
  • Management of salaries and wages for the employees & SSB & PIT taxes
  • To support HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives and keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • To support and establish the whole HR team to standardize processes .
  • Develop and implement training programs, career development and succession plan while providing HR-related advice and support to employees
  • Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by Direct Reporting Managing Director.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in human resource management.
  • At least 5 years experience in related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Age Between 30 to 35 years.
