• Planning and organizing the project activities including determining resource requirements, what and when.
• Working with the project’s sponsor for  the direction and  resourcing of the project.
• Coordination with the technical manager and team members.
• Communication with other business center manager.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
•  Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

• B.E (Civil) or ME (Civil)
• 5 years above  experience in civil engineering role and 2 years experience in related position role.
• Good at Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc...)
• Good at team management, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good English Skills
