Carlsberg Myanmar built a state-of-the-art brewery in Bago, the country’s first international brewery, and filled its first bottle in April 2015. Carlsberg Myanmar brews two international brands – Carlsberg and Tuborg, as well as two local favourites - Yoma and Black Eagle, that are all distributed and sold nationwide. - Maintain packaging lines, including starting and stopping of equipment. - Accurately complete and update information forms and logs. Raw materials:( keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, shrink wraps, hot melt glue, and glue) in adequate amounts to ensure the continuous smooth running of equipment and operation. - Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for reporting all quality defects or issues/concerns. - Ability to work in all assigned areas of packaging; perform relief duties when required. - Perform package change-overs on equipment as required. Use of hand tools to perform change-overs. - Perform preventative maintenance on equipment with regards to cleaning and clearing them of debris and materials. Assist maintenance with machinery repair or other tasks as needed. - Watch the flow of materials, i.e. cans/bottles/boxes/trays/kegs, etc. into an appropriate machine. - Ensure that all equipment is on and functioning properly prior to starting a run. Required to set up lines from bright tanks to beer line manifolds to keg/can/bottle lines. Ensure correct beer in those lines. - Must do a visual inspection of packaging material to ensure the current product is used. Must ensure proper coding is on the bottle, cans, boxes/trays, and kegs. - Monitor machines while running. Check to see that all bottles/cans/kegs are packed into boxes and on pallets correctly. - Understand and follow safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. - Ensure that all packaging equipment and the packaging area is completely 100% clean and sanitary, ready for the following days production. - Handle chemicals according to proper safe handling procedures.
Responsible for managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring its optimal performance to support HR functions and business operations. This role involves maintaining the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and supporting HR initiatives through technology. HRIS Administration : Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information. Manage system configurations and updates in collaboration with IT and HR departments. Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or errors promptly. Data Management : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS. Perform regular data audits and clean-ups. Develop and implement data management procedures and protocols. Reporting and Analytics : Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management. Utilize HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to enhance reporting capabilities. System Improvements : Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Work with vendors and internal teams to implement new features and functionalities. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and new implementations. Training and Support : Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities. Develop user guides and training materials. • Receiving malt and rice containers and intake into silo. This includes data entry into log sheet, coordination with QA and warehouse. • Milling process including aspiration system, destoners, separators, milling systems, weighting scale and conveying system • Preventive maintenance (Cleaning, lubrication and inspection) as per schedule • Troubleshooting and reporting of downtime • Brewing process including material intake, material transfer, brewing operation (Braumat V6), additives addition, CIP of brewing vessels, water tanks, CIP vessels and process lines.
Administrative Affairs Coordinating and supporting to relative departments for visitor handling at brewery. Provide required information to brewery security team and safety. Checking Brewery Admin car booking for brewery and arranging in accordance with Plant manager’s guidance. Monitoring and checking employee ferry usage and service quality, record the ferry information such as route, pick-up point, schedule, manpower, etc. and report to Admin manager. Support for urgent ferry requirements in accordance with Admin Manager’s approval. Submit weekly and monthly performance and observation reports including brewery Admin car driver’s OT request to Plant Manager. Coordinate with Brewery team for Internal/External stakeholder Engagement activities, Trainings and support the meeting/ training arrangement for Brewery teams. Support for updating licenses for brewery and report the status to Plant Manager accordingly. If Plant Manager assign, Attend the industrial Zones' committees meeting or government related meeting and provide the meeting record to Plant Manager. Support the C&B team for annual medical checkup in line with HRBP. Received the medical Claim and share back to C&B team bi-weekly. Organize filing and recording system as necessary in administrative matters. Facility Assign and monitor daily labors in accordance with job priorities for facility services at brewery. Check and inspect admin work scope area in daily manners. Inspect the daily job completion tasks of labors. Ensure brewery office rooms, toilets and compound area are always clean. Ensure all brewery facilities (without machines) area are always free of defects and if required to repair or change, accountable to organize required internal or 3rd party M&E services in line with procurement team and Brewery management. For example: Building Defects, Aircon, Doors, roof, water cooler, toilets, changing room, etc. Ensure all brewery compound area are neat and tidy. Assign the labors for grass cutting on daily basis and inspect the completion. Conduct inspection to ensure Canteen supplier follow as per contract requirements in hygiene and food safety. Receiving monthly stationery, pantry and cleaning items and deliver to individual department with proper record. Record and provide the status report of furniture at brewery. Nurse Tasks Provide first aid treatment (taking blood pressure, dressing, attending medical inquiry) to brewery employees and arrange for delivering to clinic or hospital if necessary. Ensure medicine issued for brewery are kept up to date without expired.
• Take over all departmental responsibility for the procurement function, including inbound shipment and necessary approval from Government authorities for obtaining the import license. (Procurement items would be Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Utility Material, Auxiliary Materials, CAPEX, Facility Management etc.) • Prepare the budget for the cost of production and will be responsible to deliver the budget amount. • Fulfill the Compliance requirement while making vendor selection, tendering and contract preparation. • Liaise with regional team to provide reports, make a report, arrange tenders, target setting for the price, savings etc. • Delivery of the materials in time as per production requirement or as per PRN request • Lead, coach, mentor and train the procurement team for smooth and efficient operation of the procurement function • Identify various saving opportunities by sourcing of the suppliers, network optimization, tendering and negotiations etc. • Work with cross-functional team to lead a new project, new SKU development etc.
Provides daily support for business application. (Such as SFA, BAS, CMS). Provide support to upload master data to the system. Acts as formal point of contact/liaison and technical expert and coordinate and collaborate with functional users to resolve related system issues. Develops necessary documentation associated with recommended business system changes, i.e., business requirements, functional design, system configuration documents, SOPP etc. Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes. Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality and releases. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution as per SLA agreement. Assists in the development of training materials and provide training to new users. Assists in keeping track of tablet inventory related to new joiners, offboarding users and damaged tablets. Enforcing adherence to government regulation requirements on warehousing, material handling and issuing, and advising management on needed actions. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Monitor the stock level at depots and warehouses and direct the replenishment plan. Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and safety records. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Achieves financial objectives by monitoring the warehousing expenses against budget; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. Completes warehouses operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Sharpen the PMS within the W&D function by continuously monitoring the closing the gaps. Direct reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Enforce policies or procedures for the established logistics activities. Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and safety records.
