Lead the financial analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to regulatory bodies and the Board of Directors. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. - To be responsible for the smooth of routine international banking transactions for bank customers on a day to day operations and ensuring high level of customer services. - Ensure the provision of adequate and efficient processing services pertaining to Clients, resolving their queries/ problem and thereby help them serve their respective external customers in a more efficient manner. - Monitor and control transactions and documentation to ensure compliance with the guidelines, AML/ KYC, customer requirements/ instructions etc. and minimize risk. - Effectively monitor large value transactions and any transactional exceptions ate adequately approved as per Bank policy. Daily reports/ MIS are checked to ensure proper control. - To ensure quality control necessary on all operational and trade transactions to prevent loss to customers or bank and to adhere to all regulatory obligations. - Develop create the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for performance monitoring and quality measurement purpose, pertaining to the international banking and monitor the achievements of its individual departments/ Unit on periodic basis. - Actively lead Central Bank Meeting and discussion with Ministries and clients queries to International Banking Services. - Understanding of SWIFT operations and authorization if it is necessary. - To ensure that all the required reporting’s to Central Bank of Myanmar are done in time & in accurate manner. - Regular feedback to staff members on their performance and motivate them to perform better in their current role. - Monitor and control the daily sales and purchases of changer counters and published the daily selling and purchasing prices for those counters. - Manage the workers’ Remittance transactions. - Monitor of Foreign currency Account (opening, closing, deposit, withdraw and transfer) - Communication with foreign banks. - Monitor and control the interbank transactions, such as borrowing, lending, and placing, buying and selling across banks and using the Refinitiv. - Conducting internal training on a weekly or monthly basis & training for branches under management’s direction.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals. Contribute to the planning and developments of projects. Coordinate with cross- functional project teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and accountability. Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling, meetings, meeting minutes, etc. Proficient knowledge of IT related project management methodologies, tools and techniques. - Book keeping , accounting entires and reconciliation. - Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports as per guidelines. - Ability to use accounting software. - Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines. - Ensure proper filing of document and records. - Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
Assist with Recruitment & Selection functions: both internal & external. List to staff requested, vacancy announcement internal and external, CV collection and maintenance. Prepare with the process, connecting to candidates for interview and document preparation of relevant tasks. Implement job offering process and medical checkup process. Assist in hiring process: Request permission from Management to appoint new staff and announce office order to management and respective departments. Arrange and coordinate for facility arrangement: fingerprint record, ferry services, and other staff facilities etc. Organize and keep personal history forms of new staff, record of R&S documents. Keep personal history files and record the job history of each member of staff. Prepare weekly recruitment progress record. Implement permanent employment process. Assist in promotion exam and interview as and when required. Assist in yearly performance evaluation process. Respective HR duties assigned by section heads and HOD.
