Steel Structures Fabrication

Besides preparing detailed designs and shop drawings with BIM software (6,000 tonnage per month for shop drawings), Mindhama produces 3,000 tons of steel structures on a monthly basis (single shift). We are capable of increasing our production capacity to 5,000 tons per month by running 2 work shifts. With a total fabrication area of 55,458 square meters, Mindhama engages in: Design, Fabrication and Install for High-Rise Building, Mining/Metal Plant, Oil/Gas Plant,
Workshop/Warehouse, Power Plant, Steel Bridge, Airport, Venue Building, Industrial Building

-Planning daily site activities to coordinate with contractor team. - Quantity surveying and estimating for material requisition and contractor bill issue. - Closely supervision on daily and weekly work progress in order to catch project schedule in time. - Making weekly coordination meeting with site team and contractor for weekly work plan. - Closely supervision for quality assurance and quality control on any site work, if necessary requesting for inspection to QA/QC team.

To do sequence planning for structural materials according to the priority of the project schedule plan. To arrange the required machinery and manpower. To submit the detail drawing for (roofing and walling, steel frame, steel finishing work, e.g., handrail, MS Grill, soffit frame, etc.) To ensure a bill of actual labor, machinery rental costs, and other material costs for the site-finished handover process. To comply with client changes on site while installation work and Owner draw DWG and as built To negotiate with the owner and client at the office and site if needed. To keep QA and QC inspection records. To follow up on the installation and fabrication materials.

Collaborate with other departments to provide language support and ensure translations meet company standards and requirements. Responsible for the classification and submission of various documentation process. Organizing the meeting and recording the meeting minutes. -Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager to join our dynamic team. The MEP Manager will be responsible for overseeing all MEP aspects of our construction projects, building MEP team ensuring that systems are designed, installed, and maintained according to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. -Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. 2. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that MEP systems integrate seamlessly with overall project design. 3. Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. 4. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all MEP work meets project specifications, codes, and standards. 5. Manage relationships with MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring. 6. Develop and manage MEP project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety. 7. Supervise and mentor MEP engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 8. Ensure all MEP activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. 9. Identify and resolve MEP-related issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
