Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1.Lead and manage the BI team, fostering a collaborative and data-driven work environment.

2.Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and customer experience goals.

3.Oversee the gathering, cleaning, integration, and analysis of customer and business data from various sources (CRM, network data, marketing platforms, etc.).

4.Develop and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and reporting dashboards to provide users with easy access to critical data insights.

5.Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on customer data analysis.

6.Partner with the CVM team and other departments (Marketing, Sales, Product Development) to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

7.Develop and deliver reports and presentations to communicate complex data insights to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

8.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence tools.

9.Recommend and implement new BI tools and technologies to enhance data management and analysis capabilities.

10.Ensure data security, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science or a related field.

2.Minimum 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.

3.Proven track record of leading and managing a BI team and successfully implementing BI initiatives.

4.Strong understanding of data warehousing, data analysis methodologies, and data visualization techniques.

5.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Redshift).

6.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

7.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization.

8.Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus.
