  • Monitor response times and resolution rates, and take corrective action as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of customer support process
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships and customers’ loyalty
  • Handling for complex or sensitive customer complains
  • Supervise and mentor a team of customer service agents.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and train to enhance team performance.
  • Create a monthly duty roster for Call Center Team
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly and Yearly performance and Response times, satisfaction scores and resolution ratee report.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree, Customer Service Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM Software or related System Software.
  • Can communication English and Burmese
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
  • At least 3 Years’ customer service or Call Center Fields.
  • Time management and Strong Problem -Solving Skil

Can work under pressure ,24/7 and Duty Roster (Day and Night)
