Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established goals.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management, testing applications, and analysis.
Proven ability to analyze business needs through activities like scheduling meetings, planning agendas, and conferring with business leaders.
Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal presentations are required.
Strong understanding of a variety of project management and testing methodologies/procedures.
Experience developing test schedules, reviewing testing plans, tracking test issues, and reporting on test results is essential.
You possess excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a project team is crucial.
Experience in the Financial Industry is a plus.
Fluency in English and Myanmar is required.
