  • Collect and analyze HR Data from various sources, performance management systems, and employee surveys.
  • Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR data governance policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best pratices in HR analytics and data visualication.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to use HR Software
  • Any bachelor’s degree holder
  • Must have Diploma (or) Certificate in Human Resource
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR field
  • Must have experience with databases and extracting relevant HR data
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Mail etc.)
  • Age between 20 to 28 years old
  • Must have HR concept and mind set.
  • Self-motivated, teamwork and willing to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
