A Good Opportunity for ..

Data Entry in Odoo (ERP) Software and google Sheet Sales invoice from Sales and Marketing Department.
Reporting the head of account for the container received and damage stock.
Ground stock checking with system balance together WH staff.
Recognized stock card together Account Department.
Arranged the Stock receipt, issue and return file.
Control and maintain the customer stock.
Control the Sales men stock partial.
Reporting to the CA for the stock nearly expire.
Checking the Received to the local purchase for GRM Shop.
Report back to WH Manager weekly basic via email and sharing file.
Assist other jobs assigned by HOD

Job Requirements

Must have Accounting Software, Advance Microsoft Office and email conversation experience.
Any graduated, LCCI II is more preferable.
Minimum 3 years working experience in inventory operation field.
Honest & Obedience aligned with company policy and procedures.
Good personality & appearance, communication with cross departmental operational team.
Age must be within 25-35 years.
Salary Package depend on previous experience.
