JOB PURPOSE
The L&D Manager is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employees' skills and knowledge within an organization. She/he is to promote a culture of learning within DAWN and to support its staff to develop their skills, enhance their capabilites and increase their effectiveness to the mutual benefit of the organization and themselves.
