  • Demonstrated ability to gain co-workers respect while motivating production workers and supervisor.
  • Hands on knowledge of efficient production scheduling and controlling.
  • Proven ability in developing standards, managing processes, inventory control, reporting skills, analyzing information, equipment maintenance and good judgment.
  • Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Collaboration and problem solving skill.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Factory Art, policy, procedure and rules.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Good communication in English, Preferred Chinese Language.
  • Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Job Requirements

  • BE (Mechanical) or Electrical, and other relevant Certificate.
  • Mature Candidate (Under 40 years)
  • At least (5) years of progressive experience as Manufacturing/Production in FMCG Industrial Fields, Preferred Purified Drinking Water experiences related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of factory management system including; production, manpower etc.
  • Experience with HACCP, FSSC, ISO, GMP, 5S, TQM System.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory and team building skills.
