We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 18th May, 2024 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and press releases.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of marketing communications, including public relations, advertising, and media relations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, product management, and design) to create integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and external partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, communications, or related roles, with a track record of successful campaign management and brand building.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques across both traditional and digital channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Experience in managing external agencies, vendors, and contractors for marketing projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
