• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting products (cement industry)
• Developing new customers and search for new opportunity
• Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and services
• Setting up the daily/weekly plan for sales people and monitoring
• Performing for Retail & Wholesales market skillfully
• Coordinating with external customers for sales documents and related 
• Monitoring all purchase orders to ensure the quickest delivery
• Maintaining accurate records
• Reviewing sales performance
• Managing and ensuring the personal development of all subordinates
• Monitoring delivery products to customers
• Reporting sales activities to manager
• Performing other Duties assigned by manager

• Any Graduates with related certificate or diploma (preferred those with Sales & Marketing management, Supply Chain Management)
• Ages between 22 to 35 years
• Minimum (5) years of experiences in related fields in cement industry
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• First Priority is must be experienced with Trading & Distribution field
• Ability to use computer (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Email)
• Positive mindset and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness
