We are looking for a matured candidate who can work independently and deliver results. You should be resourceful in searching for candidates, either online or offline. You will be paid a commission for each candidate you can recruit and onboard. You can expect to earn >2,000,000 kyat a month.

Respond to enquiries from candidates
Collate and screen candidates
Conduct Interviews
Key-in data into our HR system

Job Requirements
A degree in any field
Any additional certification in HR preferred but not required
Minimum 8 year experience in any field, preferably in recruitment
Good knowledge of local conditions in various towns in Myanmar will be advantageous
Result oriented, independent, resourceful
Candidates without the necessary qualifications but have an interest in this role will be considered.
