Assist to admin manager for general affairs. Prepare meeting room and meeting schedule Checking hostel and ground in daily/weekly. Checking building cleaning and repairing in daily. Checking vehicle status record in security and motor in charge. Collect the stationary requisition from all departments. Checking and ordering the stationary list. Prepare the uniform for all employee not only office but also production. Assist to job delegate to security, cleaner and receptionist. Assist to supply office use machine (printer, copier, scanner, etc…) Arrange for necessary to building repair and maintenance. Record, maintain and keeping office assets. Assist to preparing vouchers book and invoice paper. Assist to communicate with government office for company registration (FDA license, YCDC license, Health license, billboard license, etc…) Assist to repairing vehicle and record monthly expenses. Assist to arrange hotel and bus ticket, air ticket for travelling. Assist to arrange vehicle license extension and insurance license extension of office own car, Assist to arrange for vehicle repairing and find effective workshop. Assist to rent and negotiate rental terms the vehicle for sale. Assist to hostel repairing and handling. Reporting to Admin manager in monthly. Assist to communicate with all supplier and negotiate for cost saving.
Demonstrate enthusiasm to take on challenges and support the implementation of ambitious projects Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process by performing quality tests including visual checks on raw materials, in-progress goods, and finished goods Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control guidelines, processes, and programs Assist in the development of new products in the foods and FMCG categories, and in the delivery of sample prototypes Collaborate with various departments (Production, Quality Control, Procurement, Business Development) in supporting quality standards and processes in production and scale-up for commercialization of new products
• Responsible for driving top line growth, medium term category and brands’ share targets as well as specific marketing objectives relating to brand health and equity. • Translating knowledge and insights into strategy and ensuring strategies are aligned to category growth ambition. • Leads cross-functional innovation teams to drive any agreed innovation projects and ensure aligned to Brand Vision Plan. • Develops an integrated product, pack, price and communication mix and trade proposition for mix test/simulated test markets to evaluate market potential. • Identifies competitor assumptions, Customer/channel priorities, Price/value guidelines, and the optimization of shopper and consumer insight at a regional level • Work with regional Brand building to translate the Brand Vision Plan into the Brand Marketing Plan. • Manages the development of selected Integrated Brand Communication (IBC) and develops communication material for exploitation across a number of channels. • Is the expert voice of the brand from a retailer, shopper and consumer perspective?
• Achieve set targets by sales volume, sale promotion plans, implementation, merchandise display and customer account by effectively carrying out tasks set out by the Modern Trade Channel Sales Manager • Monitor assigned sales data and activities and report to Assistant Modern Trade Channel Sales Manager and Modern Trade Channel Sales Manager daily; includes sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns • Communicate effectively and efficiently and maintain strong relationships with customers • Carry out assigned Modern Trade Channel’s daily operations and report to Assistant Modern Trade Channel Sales Manager daily • Carry out Modern Trade Channel’s sale process daily and carry out necessary actions as required; develop target list of new customers and front line relationship with key customer accounts • Follow the organization’s expiry-related return policies and take necessary actions as required • Prepare assigned customers’ sales invoices and monitor accounts receivable and sales transactions • Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights • Actively participate in meetings and product knowledge trainings • Attend events when required • Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization • Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department • Follow instructions from and report to the Modern Trade Channel Sales Manager
Plan and coordinate the organization’s procurement procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes Verify organization’s purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list, clarifying unclear items and recommending alternatives Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor and review the organization’s procurement activities and recommend alternatives to minimize costs Forward available inventory items by verifying stock and scheduling delivery Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price, obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items and obtaining approval from authorized personnel Obtain purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers and monitoring and expediting orders Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered and resolve deliveries in error with suppliers Implement and execute necessary checks and recordkeeping procedures for the organization’s purchasing activities Provide purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization Perform other related duties and required of the Procurement & Import Department Follow instructions from and report to General Managers, the Board of Directors and Chairman
