- Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to MD. - Built processes, procedures, policies and form with related supervisor that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance. - Collect sales record & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales incentive - Give support to staffs so they have the opportunity to develop their skills in the role and to achieve growth in sales. - Promote a customer care approach within the business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently.
