Managing daily schedules Answering phone call and replying emails, organizing internal and external meetings, taking minutes. Arranging detailed travel plans including local and overseas trips. Communicate with both external and internal stakeholders/organizations, and follow up and supported as needed. Provide administrative support to the departments where required. Undertake any additional duties entrusted by the Chairperson or the Executive Committee as needed.
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs to community building and facilities including mechanical systems. HVAC systems and generators. - Assist with administrative duties related to building maintenance such as preparing operating budgets, building maintenance records and computer systems - Ensure fire protection equipment is properly maintained and check the safety and protection of buildings. - Coordinate licensed inspections as required and order replacement equipment and supplies
• Installation and configuration Linux Server OS, Windows Server OS and Unix Server OS. • Installation and configuration FCUBS Application/Middleware, OBIEE, Jasper, MIS, Tomcat, Database Server and others. • Application patch upgrade, Database patch upgrade, EAR building, properties file creation, user creation, Weblogic configuration, Gateway installation, Webservice installation, EMS Setup, Switch installation, RCU creation, implementation and migration. • Database backup/restore and others technologies. • Using Oracle SQL Developer, PL/SQL, Toad, My/SQL, WinSCP, Filezilla,Linux command and related tools. • Monitoring and maintaining the Application and Database Servers. • Log tracing, error finding and fixing customer issues.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
• Arranging a business meeting and following up leads • Phone calls to new exciting companies • Make a phone calls to customers one time/ month as customer care • Product demonstration, discussion, negotiation, and follow-ups to close deals • Understanding customer's specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs • Provide report about total telemarketing and sales call reports, total sales performance reports • Organize the Exhibitions • Learning software and services, to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Provide consulting services to the customer for both pre-sales and after-sales consulting • Responsible to provide necessary training and after-sales service when needed • Requirement gathering, gap analysis, proposing best practices as well as walk-around solutions for successful project implementation • Responsible to deal with customer requirements and communicate effectively with project team • Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction at all time. • Responsible to prepare necessary documentation and manual when needed • Responsible to provide report, communicate and escalation to management timely
• Analyze User requirements and design document • Development of technical specifications and plans • Resolve technical design issues • Presenting ideas for system improvements • Working closely with analysts, designers and staff • Producing detailed specification and writing the program codes • Testing the product in controlled, real situation before going live • Maintaining the systems once they are up and running • Preparation of training manuals for users • Communicate effectively and professional with internal and external • Effectively works in teams as well as independently • Ensure comprehensive, timely and quality delivery of all requests
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. • Primarily responsible to plan, monitor and deliver scooped systems modules and functionality in the software application • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings • Responsible for end to end implementation of medium and large sized projects • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. • Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures to reassess and amend scope of work requirement. • Provide consulting services to customers for both pre-sales and after-sales. • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
