1.Assist the BI Manager in developing and implementing the overall BI strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

2.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (CRM, network data, marketing platforms, etc.) into data warehouses and data marts.

3.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

4.Support the CVM team and other departments (Marketing, Sales, Product Development) by providing data analysis and reporting on customer behavior, trends, and KPIs.

5.Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant data for specific business needs.

6.Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.

7.Stay up-to-date on the latest BI tools and technologies and recommend improvements to data management and analysis capabilities.

8.Collaborate with the BI team and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and successful implementation of BI initiatives

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2.Minimum 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

3.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear and understandable information for non-technical audiences.

5.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

6.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

7.Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus..
