  • Visit the government departments, learn about their needs and wants, and promote the company’s products and services.  
  • Monitoring tender announcements of the government departments which related to Engineering and Scientific Instruments.  
  • Knowing the detailed requirements, specifications and other information of the customers for the tenders.  
  • Generating quotations which are the best fit for tender’s specifications.  
  • Following up with all the customers for given quotations through regular visits, discussing, encouraging, and negotiating to win the projects.  
  • Recording customer information data to build the customer network.  
  • Dedication to providing high-quality customer services.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree.  
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.  
  • Ability to communicate with the English language – written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Experience in preparing, processing, bidding Myanmar Tenders at government departments.  
  • Experience in understanding the tender’s specification and able to connect with oversea suppliers.   
  • Experience in searching and contacting oversea suppliers to get the tender requirement for Engineering and Scientific Instruments.  
  • Ability to build good customer care and have negotiation, problem-solving & time management skills.  
  • Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work extra hours as required.
