Job Objective

The Digital Channel Development executive will join a high growth microfinance company that taking progressive steps to embrace digital financing, often starting with the digitization of existing products, services, and operations, either by using mobile devices, partnering with digital financial service providers business in hybrid role focused on both proactive cultivation of new business as well as creating and managing engagement plans to channel. This role will be instrumental to drive digital partner engagement to deliver a quality customer experience across business channels. This role is highly collaborative, and you will need to work closely with internal teams, and key account and territory managers of all digital financial service providers to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Channel assessment, build pipeline partner account plans, road maps and targets for digital channels
  • Support regional teams to improve digital services to maximize effectiveness
  • Facilitate rollout of new digital initiatives such as customer experience programs, systems, and tools to top partners within channels
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management
  • Create and deliver digital playbooks, standard methodologies, and training to regional teams
  • Setup new digital models, programs and monitoring metrics and leverage existing channel marketing assets and tools to drive results
  • Assistance with the development of social, influencer and digital media plans for existing and prospective clients
  • Define key performance metrics for user behavior and marketing effectiveness (user growth, engagement, abandonment, segmentation)
  • Implement a data driven approach to business activities

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in eCommerce or business development role with bachelor’s degree in IT / Business or any graduate with relevance experience.  
  • Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs or campaigns, from concept to execution to reporting and optimization
  • Innovative thinking to approach challenges from multiple angles
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational level
  • Upbeat, focused, and well-organized individual. Creative and open-minded
  • Strong work ethic and personal integrity; display enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • Agility and flexibility, able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel based on job requirement
