An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Handle and support for daily attendance, Leave record and Overtime record.
  • Conducting the employment contract and SSB Process and well handle and go to Governmental Offices.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation
  • Arrange ID Card for new employees
  •  Assist and prepare to Team Leader in monthly payroll calculation.
  • Provide efficient customer service to all employees by resolving payroll and HRIS queries in a timely
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated or free from school issues (Preferably HR Degree or HR certificate)
  • At least (2) years experiences in relevant field
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
  • Must have knowledge in Labor Law, SSB and income tax
