Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Manage talent development programs that encompass employee orientation, training programs, and leadership development.
  • Design and implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual evaluations).
  • Enhance employee performance by identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and ensuring adequate coaching is provided.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement and administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
  • Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, employee satisfaction, and retention.
  • Prepare detailed reports on HR costs and other performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 2 years experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive.
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
