1.Work closely with the Sales Migration Manager to develop and execute comprehensive migration plans for assigned customer accounts.

2.Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and existing service plans to identify the best upward migration options.

3.Communicate effectively with customers to explain the benefits of migrating to new products and services.

4.Guide customers through the migration process, ensuring a clear understanding of new features and functionalities.

5.Assist with data transfer and service activation for migrated customers.

6.Address customer concerns and troubleshoot any issues arising during the migration process.

7.Provide post-migration support to ensure customer satisfaction and continued service adoption.

8.Maintain accurate records of customer migration activities and outcomes.

9.Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless migration experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of telecommunication products and services.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  5. Proficiency in explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  8. Experience with CRM software a plus.
