Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
Prepare and review export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels, to comply with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and customs documentation.
Negotiate freight rates and taxes.
Estimate and establish costs parameters and budget for purchase.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply and price options
Work with team members and Assistant Manager (PU) to complete duties as needed

Job Requirements

Female, Age (23 to 30) years around
Any graduated
Must have knowledge of Rubber and Export Process.
Must be used Trade net 2.0
Knowledge of Supply Chain.
Must be used SAP.
Proven experience in export operations, logistics, or international trade.
Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
Minimum (2) years experiences in Procurement Field (Export)
Can be used effectively the office application such as word, excel
Can be work as a team, can be work under pressure.
