We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager with a proven track record in logistics to drive our sales operations and help us achieve our vision.
Develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on our one-stop logistics solutions, to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Lead and motivate the nationwide sales team to meet sales objectives.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales and business planning.
Leverage our unique strengths to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Use CRM tools to monitor and analyze performance metrics to achieve consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.
Mentor and develop sales team members, offering training and opportunities for career growth.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Proven sales experience in either domestic logistics (3PL / Warehouse / Transport Services) or international logistics (Sea / Air / Cross-border freight forwarding), or both.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated capacity to manage and motivate a sales team.
Adept use of CRM software to track performance and manage daily activities is a must.
Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
Demonstrated ability to do solution-based sales and develop customized logistics solutions for clients.
Strong analytical skills to understand market trends, sales data, and to set performance metrics.
