Under direct management of team leader, you are responsible;
- to lead teams and assign tasks that match with talents and skills of team members,,
- to strategically execute teams in order to accomplish assigned projects successfully,
- to make sure teams you are leading meet deadlines,
- to coach and train team members to develop talents and skill-sets,
- to make sure documents of projects are well documented and are well reported to DT,
- to facilitate team members to have the smooth communication and avoid misunderstandings of the processes or project aspects or collaboration among team members,
- to collaborate with Project Success Team of Service Department to have the highest clients’ satisfactory, - to constantly challenge yourself and push beyond your boundaries,
- to identify the root cause of the issues by collaborating with other team members,
- to accomplish the assigned tasks on time,
- to ask quality questions and strive for the best results together with team members,
- to learn new technologies when it is needed,
- to report to DT and assist DT for projects’ aspects.
