A Big Opportunity for ...

Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop effective sales strategies and target markets.
Assist in planning and evaluating marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote properties. This may include digital marketing, print advertising, social media marketing, and events.
Provide support to the sales team by supplying them with marketing materials, coordinating sales activities, and assisting with client meetings and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are cost-effective and within budget.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on marketing activities, property listings, and sales progress.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing real estate marketing and sales activities.

Job Requirements

Any graduated and Diploma in Sales & Marketing and (prefer MBA)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, including property trends, regulations, and legal requirements, is essential for this role.
