Supply Chain Planning: Develop strategic plans and tactics for the business’s supply chain. Checking market conditions for products rationalization and search for new products improvement especially for plant protection and seed business.
Procurement and Vendor Management – Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials, packaging and other resource necessary for the production.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct demand analysis and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence and waster and ensure product availability.
Production and Manufacturing Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to establish production schedules, monitor manufacturing processes and ensure time production and delivery of the production.
Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate the transportation and distribution of the products, including selecting appropriate shipping methods, managing carrier relationships and optimizing delivery schedule which involves managing warehousing operations, inventory tracking and coordinating with dealers.
Quality assurance and Regulatory Compliance: Develop and Implement quality control procedures to ensure that procedures meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines and customers’ expectations.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in the agrochemical supply chain such as supply disruptions, transportation delay and regulatory compliance issues.
Data Analysis and Reporting – Utilize supply chain management systems and analysis tools to gather and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPI) such as product demand, inventory turnover and transportation costs.
Team leadership and collaboration – Lead and manage team of supply chain professionals, foster a collaborative work environment and coordinate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing and regulatory affairs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field, prefers to Diploma in Supply Chain Management
Previous experience as Head of Supply Chain Role in Fertilizer / Pesticide Import Operation
Excellent understanding and knowledges about fertilizers and pesticide products
Excellent skills and experiences in fertilizer and pesticide supply chain processes
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Thorough understanding of company products and logistics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
