  • Support DGM about weekly report, Budget Plan,solving  Power related Technical issues, solving other sites issues.
  • Formulation of department goals and progress management
  • Coordination with stakeholders , Process development and issue management
  • Facilitating and managing to the BOD projects and some important projects.
  • Manage Vendors and constructors at a heigh level and a field level in planning, designing,implementing.
  • Manage the related process for all projects (Import Licence, Apply Permission, Report, etc)
  • Overall management (Inventory materials, Human resource, Budget, PO closure, Equipment Handover, team engagement and problem solving)
  • Managing Government/Urgent request project and sites
  • Annual budget and BOD budget management
  • Commercial negotiation with vendors
  • Manage to proceed payments process in time.
  • Manage for conract of projects and outsourcing new/renewal
  • Manage to follow up and confirm PO information (internal/external)
  • Manage to arrange business trip 
  • Manage and coordinate with PIC members for Internal Audit Process 
  • Manage PR/PO plan and cashflow
  • Work Quality Management
  • Training and skill transfer of members

Job Requirements

  • Bechalor in Engineering or Business Management. 
  • Master degree in business is a plus. 
  • 2 year Experience in documentation and site work 
  • More than 5 year experience in project management
  • Microsoft Project Management
  • Must have advanced excel level
  • Microsoft office 
  • Proficiency english level
