- Handle the processes and workflow of delivery of visa assistance service to direct applicants from initial contact to submission of visa application.
- Provide clear communications with prospective client on visa requirements in both written and oral form.
- Guide applicants and their financial sponsors on preparing documentations required for visa application.
- Conduct compliance interview with prospective client as necessary to assess applicant’s intention to visit.
- Vet applications including verifying completeness & validity of specific documentations before submission.
- Assist applicants in completing and submitting their visa applications from online or embassy.
- Assist with submission of Administrative Review in the event of visa refusal.
- Maintain applicants’ application including confidential financial and personal information.
- Accurately interpret and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Embassy legislation and regulations as well as good practice within the sector.
- Maintain high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with external agencies when necessary such as VFS, UKVI, Home Office commercial partners.
