About the Job: The Accountant will be responsible mainly to assist Director of Finance in operating day to day financial transactions by communicating with different departments. Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment and prepare cheque payment. Ensuring all the advance request and payments are recorded in the SAP software. Ensure daily cash/bank entries are recorded promptly and properly. Ensure bank balances are updated on a daily basis, prepare bank reconciliation for month end. Prepare import list update summary schedule and report to the supervisor. Prepare accrued and prepayment and ensure all the information are updated. Monitoring of Account payable and do the necessary aging analysis. Filing all the documents in a systematic way directed by supervisor. Support audit process by providing necessary documents. Prepare month end process in order to close the account. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
About the Job: The (Sr.) Finance Manager, reporting to Director of Finance, is mainly responsible to organize the day-to-day finance department operation in accordance with the DKT rules and regulations, to enforce the compliances, policies, and procedures in all areas of financial operation in a constructive manner and to assist and coordinate with Director of Finance in all financial reports and year-end auditing process. Coordinate with Director of Finance in setting up the proper internal control processes including AR, AP, inventory, and fixed asset management. Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices. Lead the process for the financial technical error review and solving to enforce the application of SAP in daily procedures. Liaise and work with external auditors (both local and international) to ensure the organization meets its donors’ audit guidelines, management & statutory audit and compliance obligations, including tax issues. Prepare budgets and budgetary control towards business plans and donor grants. Ensure that monthly sales revenue, product costs and other related costs are properly recorded and analysing the result of financial performance. Cooperate with other internal units to enforce the financial policies and procedures, as well as to smooth out the working processes. Prepare the financial report requested by HQ, monthly management report, year-end statutory report and ensuring all of these reports are free from material error. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the finance department and ensure that all the transactions and works are completed on schedule. Coach the finance team in terms of the technical and professional skills by providing strong leadership and guidance. Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
About the Job: Assistant Merchandising Manager is mainly responsible for the growth of business and brand awareness through by superior visibility in all sales channels. Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and sales. This involve designing in-store displays, coordinating with marketing team in developing the campaign ideas and merchandising materials, and coordinating with sales teams to implement merchandising strategies effectively. Conduct regular market visits, do market research and analyse market trends, customer preferences, product performance, sales data, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to tailor merchandising initiatives to the needs and preferences of target customers. Track and analyse the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth and market shares, to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Oversee product presentation and visual merchandising at the outlets to ensure compelling and attractive displays. Monitor inventory levels and collaborating with sales and distribution teams to ensure adequate stock availability at the outlets. Develop and manage merchandising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive sales and deliver a positive return on investment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and support functional units to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives. Ensure that all merchandising activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly for pharmaceutical products. Perform other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
About the Job: The Modern Trade Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and growing the company’s presence within the Modern Trade channel, which includes large-format retail outlets such as Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Mini-Marts, Convenience Stores (CVS), and Chain Pharmacies. The primary objective of this role is to secure product listings, drive sales growth, order-taking at the store level, and enhance brand visibility within these outlets. Achieve and exceed sales targets within the Modern Trade channel, while effectively managing the assigned accounts. Develop the Modern Trade marketing strategies by collaborating with the Marketing team and execute them to drive sales and market share. Track and analyse the effectiveness of modern trade initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Secure and maintain product listings within Modern Trade outlets, negotiating sales contracts’ terms and agreements as necessary. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within Modern Trade outlets Provide regular product training to outlet staff to enhance product understanding and sales capabilities. Conduct regular market visits, do market research and analyse market trends, customer preferences, product performance, sales data, competitor strategies, and market opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels at the modern trade outlets and ensure optimal product availability and minimize stockout. Optimize product placement and visual merchandising to enhance product visibility within stores. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
