KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • To ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards. • To oversee the building's maintenance, cleanliness, and security. • Planning and organizing production schedules • To review, set and enforce the company’s policies and SOPs. • To ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service. • To handle customer complaints and respond to all concerns. • To hire and train necessary personnel for the operation. • To coach and mentor the personnel for day to day operations. • To organize and control the inventory of stocks and equipment. • To assist the company in achieving financial targets and goals for its operations. • To evaluate the weekly KPIs of the subordinates. • To do multi-tasking and perform other related tasks • Determining quality control standards
