To check oil, water, other parts of all vehicles every morning. Arrange vehicles and drivers for operation and repair the vehicles if necessary. To check daily records of mileage (kilo) and arrange to issue required engine oil or diesel for all vehicles. To check vehicles’ license date and to make relevance government department. To make preventive maintenance plan and report to Manager. Daily, Quarterly, Monthly report of vehicles and driver status to Admin & HR Manager in timely manner

- Lead and manage a team of internal auditors. - Risk based audit Plan, organize and execute internal audits. - Prepare detailed audit reports of HO and WH with findings and recommendations. - Communicate and present the audit results to Executive Director. - Collaboration with related departments based on risk control, assessment and compliance of internal rules and regulations directed by upper management. - Recheck the monthly audit reports of auditors and oversee implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow-up audit findings. - Able to travel to the branches of YGN and upper Myanmar region.
