As the distributor of Mobil lubricants, we market and distribute Mobil 1 “The World Leading Synthetic Motor Oil”, Mobil Delvac, Mobil Super and etc. for automotive sector and gas engine oils, hydraulic oil, gear oils, greases, food grade lubricants and etc. for the whole Myanmar. We are striving to provide our customer with lubrication solutions not just the products. With guidance from ExxonMobil engineers, we also perform lube survey, joint trouble shooting, knowledge sharing, plant engineering services and etc. to solve our customers’ lubrication problems.

To check oil, water, other parts of all vehicles every morning. Arrange vehicles and drivers for operation and repair the vehicles if necessary. To check daily records of mileage (kilo) and arrange to issue required engine oil or diesel for all vehicles. To check vehicles’ license date and to make relevance government department. To make preventive maintenance plan and report to Manager. Daily, Quarterly, Monthly report of vehicles and driver status to Admin & HR Manager in timely manner
* Establishes new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule. * Plan and execute weekly way plan to visit to both targeted existing and potential customers * Work together as active members on sales plan/territory and customer’s coverage plan to achieve agreed upon sales volume goals and sales growth targets * Write and follow-up on daily sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers. * Coordinate between sales admin and customers to confirm the sales order by the guidance of Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, DSE/SE or even Lube Engineers. * Perform credits collection, as in cash or cheque, periodically from customers to exhibit optimum AR due report (for Cash Collector role). * Report to HOD (Manager).

- Lead and manage a team of internal auditors. - Risk based audit Plan, organize and execute internal audits. - Prepare detailed audit reports of HO and WH with findings and recommendations. - Communicate and present the audit results to Executive Director. - Collaboration with related departments based on risk control, assessment and compliance of internal rules and regulations directed by upper management. - Recheck the monthly audit reports of auditors and oversee implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow-up audit findings. - Able to travel to the branches of YGN and upper Myanmar region.
Must be able to use Social Media (Facebook Page) professionally and be able to speak elegantly to customers' queries. Must be able to write content ideas to effectively increase audiences for Facebook Pages. Planning of marketing activities/campaigns. To make Merchandising Budget lists once a month. If you need to investigate about the digital part, you must be able to submit a detailed investigation. Ability to meet deadlines. Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping. Weekly and Monthly Content Calendar Update Plan & Monthly Post Report. Able to under pressure. Share ideas with the team. Report and check customer feedback.
