Pun Hlaing Hospitals (PHH) is owned by FMI (Diversified Conglomerate and the first listed company on the Yangon Stock Exchange) 60% and OUE Healthcare (Listed on the Catalist Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited) 40%.

Pun Hlaing Hospital Hlaing Tharyar, being the flagship state-of-the-art 170 bed general hospital, is in Pun Hlaing Estate in the Hlaing Tharyar Township, Yangon. It is the only hospital in Myanmar to be awarded the prestigious Gold Seal of Approval for patient safety and quality by the Joint Commission International (JCI), USA.

Ability to decide the acceptability of blood sample after centrifugation. Inform any abnormalities of specimens to Senior Med: Tech:, Asst: manager and/ or Manager. Authority to reject the unsuitable sample for processing and inform to concerned department to recollect the specimen and then record in the LIS with the reason for rejection and inform to whom. Perform analytical processing automatically and/or manual whenever necessary. Perform calibration for machine and prepare QC materials. Inform any abnormal patient results and malfunctioning of analyzer to Senior Med: Tech:, Asst: Manager and/ or Manager. To participate with Laboratory Manager in the Check and Act portion of Hospital PDCA cycle. Assures a clean work area and technical clean- up at the end of each shift. Assists in maintaining sufficient supply at each work station. Ensure all the tests are accurate before reporting.
To assess the accurate problems of the patients and plan to give proper physical treatment. Verify Purchase orders and goods receive notes in Electronic Medical Record system for processing supplier payments. Reconcile supplier control accounts and individual accounts in accounting software to ensure accuracy for financial reporting purposes. Assist Senior Accountant /Manager in preparing detailed notes for monthly financial reports. Monitor the accuracy and update of inventory items, suppliers, and stock balances by reconciling between the system and physical ground stock. Resolve operational issues related to inventory to ensure smooth daily operations. Liaise with auditors regarding supplier and inventory management matters. Prepare financial statements as required and assigned duties. Responsible for all tax matters ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Check staff advance payments and settlements with related supporting documents.
Responsible to take part in routine daily inspection of equipment and quality assurance procedures and to keep record in service logbook. To report any defects, problems, or occurrences that might affect safety either directly to Imaging Manager or Senior Radiographer. Responsible for general cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the Department, with specific responsibility for his/her own work area and to familiarize him/herself with current infection control procedures. Responsible to check the exam order list at the start of the day and perform necessary preparation for the examination. Responsible to follow radiation safety standards for the protection of health workers, the public and patients against the dangers of ionizing radiation in relation to medical exposure. Responsible to maintain high standard of Radiography and quality service for patients by ensuring that every patient is treated in terms of courtesy, compassion, efficiency and confidentiality and to input informative technical note on PACS as directed by Imaging Manager. Responsible to practice all radiographic and imaging procedures by the Standard Operating Procedure Responsible to maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers. Responsible to input in stock ledger for the materials used in specific examination. Responsible to carry out other duties as directed by Imaging Manager, Clinical Specialist or Senior Radiographer in area where working.
· Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. · Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our systems and infrastructure. · Develop and implement security controls and measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber-attacks. · Respond proactively in Security Incident Response from detection to closure. · Monitor and review security system solutions alert and rectify the issues. · Enhance and build cyber threat detection use cases and assist in analyzing and reducing false positive. · Identify infection/compromise in the company utilizing threat intelligence and indicators of compromise (IOCs) from different threat Intel sources. · Ensure all compliance and security control functions are performed timely and orderly. · Assist continuous improvement of procedures and processes related to cybersecurity process and operations monitoring. · Work on IT security and compliance tasks assigned as required by the Organization · Work closely with other IT teams, such as systems operations, network operations, and server operations, to ensure the protection of PHH's IT infrastructure and data. · Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends and recommend new security controls as needed.
Oversee the design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of an organization's computer systems, networks, data centers and cloud. Coordinate with other departments to understand their requirements and ensure that the infrastructure can support these needs. Develop and implement disaster recovery protocols and business continuity plans. Manage the performance and security of servers, software, hardware, and other systems. Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and industry best practices to ensure that the organization's infrastructure remains secure and efficient. Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and training to help them reach their potential. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and equipment. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and auditing for infrastructure-related costs. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the IT infrastructure department. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare sector. Develop creative initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition. Conceptualize, design and oversee the production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners. Ensure all print collateral adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages and brand values.\ Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure timely delivery and high quality output. Develop relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive coverage for PHH (EH). Prepare PR materials to communicate key messages and announcements. Monitor media coverage and sentiment and respond promptly to inquiries and opportunities. Identify opportunities for branded merchandise and promotional items to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Source, design, and manage the production of branded merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and budget constraints. Distribute branded merchandise at events, conferences, and other promotional activities.

To give primary care and concern for customers. To give health education to the client, patient and family members and need to document on patient’s record (EMR system). To perform tasks (duties) according to Professional staff by laws, Myanmar medical council law & law relating to private health care services. To liaise with patient and family members about the current condition, possible consequences and treatment plan of patient whenever necessary. Before taking consent from patient and next of kin, Medical Officer make sure that patient was sufficiently informed nature of procedures, risk, benefit and alternative treatment by attending surgeon. To supervise nursing staff for standard nursing practices. To consult and order treatment prescribe for patient’s complaints and documented in patient medical record (EMR system).. For notifiable communicable disease, Medical Officer shall follow management guideline for proper reporting to township health authorities and referral of patient. To attend regular CME, CPD, Clinical skill training, Mortality & Morbidity meeting and online learning courses to keep in touch with up-to-date patient management guidelines.
