- Managing and executing departmental budgets. - Maintaining receiving, warehousing and processing of incoming stock and materials - Controlling daily grain stocks, including measuring moisture - Preparing daily report for grain, rice in silo and warehouse management - Manage the warehouse and storage of all materials. - Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health. - Evaluating the performance of the assigned employees, delivering positive and or negative feedback and addressing any shortcomings. - Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
Check Daily stock report for each warehouse & Daily Production report for each workshop. Record all the findings in WH Checking report on Daily basis. Inform all the findings to the respective WH PIC to revise their ledger Calculation for Stock valuation & costing. Perform Physical Stock count regularly. Prepare monthly Stock reconciliation. Ad-hoc assign by HOD.
Safety Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the safety department, Initiate and implement workplace health and safety plans and procedures. Evaluate health and safety practice and procedures for risk assessment and following legal guidelines. Conduct accident prevention training and health & safety training. Inspect equipment/business units for unsafe workplace conditions and unsafe acts. Monitor workplace safety at site. Investigate accidents and incidents to find cause and take prevention measures not to happen further incidents. Handle employee/contractor's safety violated penalty claims in the event of a workplace accident and incident. Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues. Have to handle the WILMAR GLOBAL EHS system and feed back report to EHS team. Monitoring current and potential health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace, participating in corporate-level hazard assessments, and developing and approving controls for identified hazards. Creating, circulating and enforcing a hazard assessment process, accident investigation procedures and health and safety policies, practices and procedures of WILMAR subsidiaries. Tracking incident metrics and identifying trends. Sharing general health and safety knowledge to all employees. Organize to order safety equipment/PPE and deal with procurement dept for all WILMAR MYANMAR ENTITIES. Manage safety team in Kyaik Latt Rice mill upon local management requirements & group EHS requirements.
- Prepare and check the weekly payment. - Prepare the weekly AP Report. - Prepare the daily Stock Reconcile. - Prepare the monthly AP Report. - Prepare the monthly Stock Report. - Liaising with the related department. - Assist the senior, management , internal & external audit.
- Advising on fire issues relating to building structure and fabric,services,alterations and maintenance. - Co-ordinating and monitoring fire risk assessments, Advising on fire issues relating to the day to day activities to Safety Supervisor, Giving advice and guidance relating to compliance with Myanmar Fire Bridge regulations & Legislations. - Monitoring fire precautions, ensuring that electrical syatems are safe, fire-fighting equipment is well maintained, fire doors and escape routes meet appropiate requirements. - Liaising with internal organisations on fire safety issues, including providing staff training sessions & fire drill. - Inspecting buildings to determine the cause of fires. - Daily check on fire ralated equipments (Passive devices) and report back to safety supervisor (daily,weekly & monthly). - Creating PPE Stock Balance Report and prepare stationery order list (three monthly). - Creating for Fire Extinguisher Stock Balance Check List. - Prepare UA/UC Weekly Report, Safety Monthly Report and prepare Grant chart report. - Checking around on the Projects area and Operation area. - Noted down the meeting minutes for Weekly Safety Meeting in the meeting room. - Perform on ad-hord assigns on safety & fire safety related.
Electrical Technician JD • Regularly check, monitor and perform maintenance of electrical facilities in power plant. (substation, MVD/ LVD, pumps/ fan motors, control system DCS, PLC, VFD, UPS, etc.) • Regularly taking log of electrical parameters of MVD/LVD, Turbine Generator and Diesel Generator • Operation and switching of MV, LV equipment • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance (troubleshooting) of E&I equipment. • Perform the regular test/ calibration of process instruments (pressure, level, flow, temperature transmitters and sensors). • Perform the power equipment test using proper instruments and tools • Perform installation of electrical facilities and cables when necessary • Well known about electrical safety rules and always follow strictly • Energy conservation of utilities • Follow EHS rules at all time • Report to Shift Leader/ Supervisor
Maintain optimal status of the health and wellbeing of employees in order to be healthy workers for entire organization and promoting the company's health benefits. Support, manage the staff illness to have productive workforce and employee’s wellbeing. Arrange pre-employment medical checkup of new candidates in align with company health standard requirements. Conduct annual health screening for employees and guide, counsel and analyze necessary follow-up and treatments for individuals. Monitor the clinical administrative works by planning and recording the stocks, employee medical claim record and necessary arrangements to smooth operation. Organize and conduct, health education information and health awareness to promote the safe and health working environments using with various channels. Communicate with business partners Hospitals, clinics and government authorities (MOHS, SSB, etc) for update health and diseases development and guidelines To work together with Canteen Organizing Team and consult the importance of safety, health and hygiene requirements. To work and align with HR guidelines, procedures, medical coverage information at the direction of the organizational needs. To manage possible health risks and diseases when necessary.( Eg. Covid-19, Other diseases )
- PM,RM maintenance for all forklift & wheel loader - Record and lists for all spareparts of Forklift and Wheel Loader - Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems and solving - Provide technical direction to other engineesr or engineering support personnel - Prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports - Inspect test drive vehicles and check for faults
