A Business Analyst is a professional who works closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome, validating and documenting business requirements. Supporting GTH in modeling SOP of business processes for GT, identifying opportunities for process improvements, issues, risks mitigation of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. Maintain and repair the production equipment as per the preventive maintenance schedule in order to ensure high levels of efficiency and reduced downtimes. Advise Supervisor about all the spare parts to be purchased in order to accomplish the jobs along with the proper justification, propose changes of spare parts and recommend the change of equipment when reoccurring malfunction of equipment starts to become a constant problem. Provide support and help with all other trades when required. Ensure the personal safety of the jobholder by the correct use of tools/equipment and wearing the safety accessories/equipment as supplied by the company. Ensure that all products are manufactured as per the planning schedule to meet market demand and in accordance with the company policies, procedures and specifications. Ensure all the WTMM set up as per production managers to meet as per Targeted KPI and timeline. Lead and manage the team in carrying out their duties in the set time frame in order to guarantee the smooth running of the complete operation - plan the workforce schedules, supervise the team of Machine Operators and ensure the proper utilization of manpower during the shift. Ensure the proper usage of equipment and materials in a continuous effort to keep wastage to a minimum - record all required data. Set up action plan and take responsibility for continuous improvement as per KAIZEN strategic. (Reduce 8 waste in production area). Ensure compliance with the health and safety requirements, the application of the company quality standards and the maintenance of high levels of housekeeping at all times. Ensure that all the company policies such as Personal Hygiene, GMP, Quality and Food Safety, Safety and Housekeeping and maintenance (5S) modules are in place and all the operator following as per Company guidelines. Make sure daily task force for effective implementation of all company policies within the manufacturing area. Ensure effective operation of production equipment / line and ensure compliance to cleaning, lubrication, inspection, tightening along with basic equipment care schedules and responsibility to make sure all the operator following CLTI inspection effectively as per timely basis. Provide feedback to production manager/ maintenance manager and SME team on equipment abnormalities observed and participate in root cause analysis and action implementation together with maintenance team as necessary. Attend to breakdowns along with production & maintenance team and coordinate for quicker resolution. Work with SAP system to ensure appropriate coding of production jobs and entries in time. Make sure all the production document / daily reporting / checklist are effectively check by operator and also make sure to comply as per Document Control procedure. Check and inspect all the shift reporting system to be finished timely basis and all the report send to production manager on time. Comply with data and management reporting as per process and schedules defined and updated time to time. Leading and Involve in ZBW project / Cost Saving project / WUR, EUR optimizing project / Yield optimizing project as per business strategy and involve in manufacturing EDGE implementation framework. Involve in WCM and Plant 100 implementation as well for people capability improvement as well. To train all the operator to be Multi skilling for plant 100 journey. Daily / Weekly / Monthly performance review for the team and set up effective action plan for team capability improvement. Position Purpose / Context The role is responsible for implementation of operational plans for the organization manpower needs and End to end process of recruitment. All activities will be to establish a pipeline of talent on external/ Internal hiring, providing suitably qualified candidates in a timely fashion. Includes liaison with external agency, websites and use of other sourcing channels. In addition, co-ordination of internal selection procedures for transfer and promotion. Key Duties / Responsibilities Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. File or register all potential candidates within company database to ensure external talent pipeline is full and accessible within short period of search time. Communication The most challenge communication the role need to be very good at is the level of understanding each job requirement which than translate that into observable expected desire behaviors and measurable level competencies. The individual also needs to have the ability to observe non-verbal language and make report back as input for decision on hiring. Analysis The most challenging problem to solve is to assess if the candidates are fit with the job they are applying for base on skills, competences, and work experiences listed. Develop and implement of action plan to improve safety process. Managing the stakeholders are subjected to handle the risk management and business loss. To be make sure of documentation process are in line with ISO standard/ KO requirements by doing the change management, risk mitigation and continuous improvement. Communicate with government agencies which are not limited (eg, Fire department, YCDC& MONREC, etc) for license and certification process to be maintained. Subjected to maintain Fire certificate, EMP, boiler, X ray licenses, Chemical storage license, etc . Lead with cross functional department and external stakeholders in tracking of incidents/accidents including IMCR history, investigation, and action has to be completed. Responsible to verify the data accuracy in KOSMO and QSPEC and reporting to BIG if necessary, as per timeline. Manage on all aspects of the occupational safety / security governance and legal or other requirements. Maintain the operations as per ISO 45001 requirements and KO compliances of bottler authorization by TCCC. Involve in project of business improvement, attend the events of local authority related to this roles. Collaborate with OU and BIG team to execute of 14 life safety rules to improve culture and Behavior Base Safety incidents. Conduct knowledge sharing section, training & support to capability of Safety officers and people capability improvement that are not limited to CCPBM associates, stake holders, 3rd party, etc. Comply to organization “Food safety Standards and KORE requirements. Follow 14 LSR (Life Safety Rule).
Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with Local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process, and waste water and sludge management. Perform the installation and inspection of waste water lines and services. Perform the installation, maintenance and repair of the physical plant and pump stations and all of their components. During the HOD absence, act as the Department’s representative. Assist in the performance of regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machinery. On call to respond to emergencies and breakdowns at the plant and pump stations. Conduct the necessary weekend checks of the treatment plant on a rotating basis. Maintain open communications with the HOD regarding the treatment process and pump stations operation and malfunctions, as well as make recommendations for repairs and improvements to these systems. Perform all work in conformance to Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Have a sound knowledge of confine space activities. Comply to organization “Food safety Standards and KORE requirements.
