VCS is looking for the Account Manager to join in the PR Department, Corporate Communications Section of Marketing Leading Advertising Agency in Yangon.
The Responsibilities :
*Client’s primary day-to-day contact on projects, or for smaller accounts, is the contact for the full account and has client’s respect, trust and confidence.
*Work closely with senior agency staff and clients in conceptualizing, writing and implementing creative and meaningful communications strategies.
*Stronger writer in English and Myanmar, able to generate a range of materials (e.g., client memos, press releases, speeches, and articles) that require minimal editing.
*Oversees and directs media campaigns. Has established relationships with print, broadcast and online journalists.
*Efficiently and effectively plans and manages events (e.g., press conferences, media tours, analyst meetings, advocate briefings, etc.)
*Develop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans and timelines.
*Develops accurate project budgets and monitors them effectively.
*Effectively support clients as they deal with crisis or issues situations.
*Manage, motivate and develop staff members ensuring a high level of client service and delivery on client, practice and agency objectives.
*Participates with senior managers in hiring, assessment and career development activities.
*Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members, providing guidance and counsel on job performance and career development as appropriate.
*Identify and pursue opportunities for developing new business within and across company offices and practice areas.
*Provide leadership in developing and presenting new business programs for potential and existing clients.
*Be an active member in a circle of industry editorial, investment community, professional and/or third-party group members.
*Articulate and apply agency vision, goals, practice areas, products and overall capabilities.
