Key Roles and Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to Concept, Shoot, and Oversee the production of high-quality television commercials (TVCs).
Collaborate with --------- Camera staff, ------ Editors, ----- Sales staff, and outside vendors to direct the production process, by project, for TV and web commercials.
Project-manage advertising work and determine whether projects are on time, on budget, and within the framework of the ------Creative Brief.
Accompany ----- Sales staff to customer presentations at various stages of the working process to effectively respond to client requests regarding concept logic and production execution.
Lead the initial conception and storyboarding process based on the objectives highlighted in the Creative Brief.
Provide accurate written ad copy and visuals by conducting product/brand research, applying consistent style and messaging across all advertising products.
Be a creative mentor to ------ Creative Services employees by providing development opportunities, responding to questions, and providing direction on resource/equipment utilization.
Ensure smooth internal workflow by utilizing disciplined process, policy, delegation, and assigning/reassigning appropriate resources to priority jobs as needed.
This role’s performance is measured by (1) Creative Services Customer Satisfaction Rate, (2) Creatives
Services Quality Output, and secondarily (3) Creative Services Work Order Volume.
Job Requirements
Passion for the --------’s mission, social objectives and business development goals.
4 Year university degree in advertising, communications, design, related field or equivalent experience
4 Year working with design and editing software
2-4 Years working in an office/business environment (multi-national company experience a plus)
2-4 Years working with MS Office programs and email communications
2-4 Years working with structured working process steps and practices
Ability to follow specific process steps and execute task methodically.
Reliable, trustworthy and accountable for individual results.
Strong English Language skills are required.
Eligibility to work in Burma.
