The main responsibilities of this position will be:

- Implements policies, procedures and internal controls at the branch

- Decide on all operational issues within the framework of existing regulations and policies

- Manage overall portfolio growth and portfolio quality

- Manage and Coordinates the operations of the entire branch

- Conduct quarterly/monthly/weekly branch meeting and revise operations plan as required

- Manage loan disbursement and collection activities at branch

- Undertake periodic performance appraisals and staff development plans

- Develop annual plan of actions and propose adjustment of the branch business plan

- Provide back-up support to the branches and head office as needed

- Communicate new or revised policy and procedures to all staff

Job Requirements

• University Bachelor Degree in any discipline and business management or finance and banking is preferable

• Experience in community mobilization is essential

• Understanding of Micro Finance Operations or Economic Development is preferred

• Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team

• Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude

• Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values

• Good Communication skills in English and Myanmar

• Must be computer literacy in Micro Soft applications

• Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check
