Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

) Coordinating and proposing the yearly, quarterly and monthly marketing plan and budget for each brand.
2) Proposing, managing and analyzing the planning and implementation of Field Marketing Activities in collaboration with Sales team.
3) Ensuring flawless field execution/ deployment of strategic marketing initiatives.
4) Continuous monitoring and analysis of competitor’s activities, and propose the necessary plan to react timely.
5) Managing all the visuals, media, PR and advertising activities.
6) Continuous supervision of marketing/ POSM inventory and liaise with Inventory Manager to prevent any OOS situation.
7) Call in regular meeting with the team and make sure the planned activities are implemented according to the objectives/ targets and within the defined timeline.
8) Managing EPE projects and ensuring the timely delivery within budget (collaboration with the in-house R&D and QC team to maintain and constantly improve the product quality).
9) Reporting and taking prompt action regarding any Product Quality Defect report is a must.
11) Participate in the development of new tools to measure the performance of ATL initiatives, merchandising and media planning.
12) Reviewing & reporting the performance of the immediate subordinates using clear and quantifiable metrics, for personnel development and assessment.
13) Reporting activities on regular (i.e. weekly or monthly) or on ad-hoc basis depending on the market situation.
14) Develop people and team members for quality outcomes.
