To manage and lead team of Brand Supervisors to be sure that they are effectively manage their teams and are able to lead their execution based on company standards, requirements and goals. specifically:

Review and confirm monthly targets for their direct reports and their teams
Focus and motivates the Brand Promoter team to deliver results
Track daily performance of the team and focus on closing the gap
Evaluate and analyze existing and potential coverage by BP organization
Builds effective relationship with the outlets and sales team
Acts as a role model to the Brand Promoter team and always approachable

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree or related Diploma/ Certificates
Must have Driving license
Related Working Experience in managing of Brand Promoter teams and Job Knowledge of sales & marketing area in FMCG field
Proficiency in English skill and Computer skill is more prefer
