JOB PURPOSE
The Business Sustainability manager is responsible for managing sustainability projects for Wave Money as identified by the leadership team (LT) to support development of Myanmar besides the regular product agenda. Projects will focus on joining forces with NGO’s to jointly reach and improve lives of vulnerable groups in Myanmar utlizing the Wave capabilities.

1. Product uptake of target project groups
2. Fulfilled requirements/expectation project partner (e.g. NGO)
3. Project Management/execution according to planned activities and timeline
4. Effective stakeholder management for all stakeholders in project

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successfully manage Sustainability projects
 Developing approach and scoping of projects in cooperation with LT
 Project management of projects including monitoring timelines, planning meetings and follow ups
 Develop necessary documents and communication material
 Develop and execute necessary reporting including financial reporting with regards to the identified projects
 Management of relationships with project partner
 Identify all relevant local community stakeholder/groups and manage relationship with those

KEY DUTIES
Design approach for executing the projects as indicated by LT
 Research and understand local communities impacted by identified projects
 Identify, define approach and execute on to manage relationships with both partner and local communities
 Ensure activities and timelines are adhered to by all functions relevant to the project plan
 Responsible for designing, updating and managing all documentation and communication material
 Design and execute on the reporting to the partners including financial reporting
 Ensure company (Wave plus wider Telenor) is aware of positive contribution of Wave and if necessary develop documentation for support (e.g. case study)

Experience:
 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning at the Local or International Organization.
 Extensive experience in research and policy-level analysis, strategic management, partnership
management and compliance management.
 Experiences in designing, monitoring and evaluation of partnership process and outcomes
Education and qualifications:
 Qualifications in Social Sciences, International Relations, Political Sciences, Public Policy,
Development, Business Administration and Management or other relevant field. Experiences:
 Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of webbased
management systems and advanced programs for data analysis
