Job Responsibilities:
 Setting the Target and Management: it is responsible for planning the sell-in, sell-through and sell-out target of the distributors and retailers. Besides, it is responsible for enhancing the channel coverage of the products. Moreover, channel sales manager is also responsible for carrying out and implementing the SMR (Sales Management Review)
 Customer Relationship management: (1) develop the join business plan and marketing activities with channel partners through effective PSI customer relationship management (2) effective monitoring DOS (Day of Sales) trend (3) develop a reasonable plan for managing channel partners’ price, reputation, returns and rebate, incentive etc. in order to establish a healthy relationship with partners.
 Channel Expansion: the candidate should be able to choose the best suitable channel partners and the candidate should also be able to develop a channel plan and communication strategies for new product launching as well as developing customer TCO (Total Channel Offer) program.
 Develop channel transformation solution according to the regional sales trend and market change.
 Manage Distributor, retailer and design the management tools according to the market change.

Job Requirements

 More than 5 years sales experience in mobile phone, electronics and other fast moving consumer goods industry. Besides, having the practical experience in retail and channel sales and overseas work experience is preferred.
 Having the knowledge and skills in the field of mobile communication and marketing. Furthermore, be able to grasp the opportunity and development trend of mobile phones and develop the relevant marketing strategies.
 Any proof of past success in channel sales in a particular field (industry, region), channel strategy, channel partner management, channel management etc. is a plus.
