-Responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company and will report to the Chief Executive Officer and partnering with Executive Leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing an d implementing strategy for all financial planning, accounting and control systems.
-As a member of the top management team, the CFO will be an advisor to the board of directors, evaluating and assisting with financial plans and economic modeling. He/She will be responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization.
-The CFO's role is also outward facing, involving, various stakeholder relationships and engagements, including with the external auditor, shareholders and business/technical analysis, banks, regulators, government, industry and vendors etc.
-The CFO has to align support functions and create high levels of effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring that processes transcend functional boundaries and are integrated to better support business needs and objectives of the Company.

Job Requirements

-Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration from a recognized Institute/University. Preference will be given to a person having foreign qualification.
-Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy, Certified General Accountancy or Certified Management Accountancy preferred
-Regional awareness and understanding of general laws and administrative policies, strong management and leadership skills and ability to formulate long range fiscal planning is also required.
-English language proficiency
-Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
-A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality. An effective communicator at all levels in the organization with strong oral and written skills
