-အသက္(50)နွစ္ထက္မၾကီးရပါ။
-အနိမ့္ဆံုးပညာအရည္အခ်င္း B.E (civil) &ME (civil)
-ပညာအရည္အခ်င္း ME, Phdျဖစ္ပါက အသက္သတ္မွတ္ခ်က္အားေလွ်ာ့ေပါ့စဥ္းစားပါမည္။
-လမ္းတံတား ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ့အၾကၤဴ (3)နွစ္အထက္ရွိရမည္.။
-လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ့အၾကၤဳ အနည္းဆံုး (15)နွစ္မွ(20)အၾကားရွိရမည္။
-နယ္လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မ်ားသို့ တစ္လ (1/2) ၾကိမ္ခရီးလိုအပ္လ်ွင္သြားနိုင္ရမည္။
-ရန္ကုန္ရံုးတြင္သာတာ၀န္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
