Job Description

Ensure that writing and drafting of Letters in Myanmar and English Languages are precise and be able to submit to relevant bodies on time.
Check all documents whether legal or illegal and compliant or non- compliant
Observe a clear and concise translation and interpretation of the documents from Myanmar into English and English into Myanmar.
Extend a valuable advice on legal points regarding employee contract, housing contract and other legal contracts.
Observe proper negotiation with sub-contractors dealing with site construction and payment issues.
Ensure to draft proper agreements for standard use and for company day to day use.
Ensure that meeting and negotiation with relevant government departments in Yangon concerning taxes and labor issues are attended to.
Participate in business dealings and dispute negotiation with suppliers and customers
Provide quality legal support to SAQ Team regarding negotiation and settle the site construction issues and to submit application to get permission to construct the tower
Ensure proper reviewing of agreements made between company and other companies.
Be able to provide legal assistance to HR Dept. in dealing with the Labor law
