* Manage Surveying & Estimating team for the project proposals and tender submitting.
* Lead the communication with Government officials.
* Manage the quality & efficiency of suppliers & sub-contractors.
* Manage daily work progress reported from Executive Engineer.

* At least 10 years experience in construction field.
